Sharing action results with a few

Sometimes I do an action on my lonesome but the results I want to share with others. They weren't involved in it but are involved in the outcome. Like clues, it would be a nice to have to share it with them under their actions (or something similar) as the conversation took place IC what it was. Would help as well when a roster character goes back and is picked up again they see some private actions other took involving them.

The ability to share actions/action results with some people just like clues.
Something I've wanted for a while. Duplicating actions with a clue is a naive solution that I truly dislike due to denormalization. Probably just an intersection table for sharing actions where they can be viewable as a separate state, and most elaborately refactoring some form of knowledge that can be a theory, clue, revelation, action, etc.
