Clear settings and page blocks on roster
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I believe that, at present, when someone picks up a previously-played roster, it retains the same @settings and page/block and /allow lists. This can be odd for a new player, particularly if the character was left ic_only or with certain people on page/block and the new player doesn't even realize.
Describe the solution you'd like When someone rosters (or picks up a roster), along with the other items that get cleared, everything in @settings should be restored to default, and the page/block and page/allow lists should be cleared. I think that @options mostly is self-updating on connection, but might want to clear any of those that have been manually saved.
An additional thought on this old item: OOC titles should get cleared on roster as well (storyteller, story coordinator, etc. both in +finger and on stlist), since those are player positions, not character.
I hope it is okay to piggyback on this instead of making a whole new topic, as I thought it might roll well with things that happen when there is a rostering. The rp_hooks also remain in the +finger, which possibly should be cleared along with the other OOC things.
