Maybe you should delete "demo" before cfg file in command, you may still using the old cfg @OPPOA113

不是的，demo是我建立的一个文件件，demo不是命令。而且我对比过之前的cfg和新的cfg是一样的。

I have downloaded my model, cfg and weights file to another PC last night, and it works. I put cfg and weights file in the root folder of darknet, my command is./darknet segmenter test cfg/maskyolo.data segment.cfg segment.backup orig.png. You can try it again
