Add small-caps rendering. (Not checked in MONO. Not checked in Winforms using GDI+).

This is a rebased copy of #39, which unfortunately denies updating the fork by maintainers.

Looks good on the surface. When selecting text, the text in the selection action however loses the variant formatting.
