Unable to download HtmlRenderer.zip

Whether I use Chome or Firefox for download HtmlRenderer.zip I get he following error message "This file contains a virus or malware"

Can anyone give me its duplicate url from where I can download the file?

I have created setup using sourcecode for HtmlRenderer. Here is setup if anyone is interested. This one hopefully does not show any virus or malware warnings. To be sure you can upload the file on online file virus scanners like [Virustotal.com] SetupNew.Zip
