NUSGrabberGUI fails to get titles sometimes

For some reason the application fails to download the titles sometimes, I can't even tell you how or why since I really have no clue why it's doing that... I've tried it on multiple PCs, some running Windows 10, some Windows 7. Is there some kind of log somewhere I could send to you?
