update to adblock >= 0.10.1

We should try to update to the newest version of adblock-rust since this is a good few years behind in releases. The current stable release (as of writing this issue) is 0.10.1 and in the last release here, the changelog and cargo.toml updated it to 0.5.6. So it is quite out of date.
