Get Pokestop/Arena Name & Skip tutorial

is it possible to make the tutorial with the bot and how i can get a Pokestop/Arena name.

For the complete info of a fort (e.g. Arena/PokéStop) you can use .GetFortDetails(). I believe the API does not care if you are under level 5 for arena's so in this case you can obtain all data even if you are under level 5.
