[Bug] Broken GUI

When at the port or a garage procurement (Don't know if there are other culprits) there is no check to see if the GUI is already open. Meaning if someone presses the button more then once multiple will open. With multiple open if you press escape to close it, it will only close one instead of all leaving the player unable to see or continue to play.
