Map Icons not showing

Unable to see map icons for things like gun dealer or vehicle purchase areas even when using the job menu to mark on map.

I have the same issue. So far I have spent two sessions of several hours and noticed that the gun dealer marker would appear only after the character respawns at least once. It seems to me that the issue also applies to the port marker and maybe to some whose existence in the scenario I am not aware of. The house markers seem to be the only ones that work properly, however. I have also had issues with the job/task markers since they would either appear for a few minutes or not at all.
