Doesn't work on new HLDS build?

It's been a long time since I'm running HLDS. I have downloaded new clean HLDS and run it with nothing but AMXX n CSBotEnabler. With AMXX, server works flawlessly but if trying to run CSBotEnabler it crashed on server start. I have also tried running it without AMXX still crashing.
