[addonbar_vertical.uc.js]Since 132.0.2 the sidebar has moved to the right and cannot be moved to the left

Describe the issue: Sidebar is on the left in clean install (portable) since 132.0.2, but when addonbar_vertical.uc.js is applied, sidebar is moved to the right. The same thing is still the case in 133.0.3.

Also, the width of the sidebar cannot be changed.

What should have happened instead?

Sidebar is on the left and width can be changed.

Steps to reproduce the issue?

Newly installed firefox
