Input Folder and Output Folder

The program doesn't save the input and output folder when closing and reopening the program.

This was somewhat intended as I didn't expect it do become an issue, but I'm going to leave the issue open and consider adding it. It's not a breaking issue so it's not high on my priority list, but I might come back to this and change it in the future.
