Urea synthesis is disabled, but urea required for fertilizer/bioprocessing

I ran into another issue in special vanilla: I need urea gas to make fertilizer to replicate gardens, but the urea synthesis recipe from petrochem is disabled & hidden for reasons I don't quite understand. The only other way to make urea gas is via puffers – which require a proper bioprocessing setup. This is technically possible if I go out into the world and collect a couple more gardens and start farming the things I already picked up, but I don't want to start making puffers before I have a reliable way to replicate plant-life samples!

This feels like an unintended soft-lock. Is it intended or just an oversight?

Issue can be closed. Fixed by 70e6d2c . Urea is now only disabled in special vanilla mode if bioprocessing is not enabled.
