Windows build

Is there any technical issue that prevents a Windows build to be created? I'd love to be able to use it on my Windows laptop on top of my Linux workstation.

I clearly cloned the repository, ran the build step, and the serve step, and it's working on windows. It actually even states you can build it how you like.
