Remove AppImageLauncher exception

In the long term, we can remove the AppImageLauncher exception again, as the FUSE filesystem is deprecated and will be removed in the next release. See https://github.com/TheAssassin/AppImageLauncher/issues/361 for more information.

It's not an urgent task. We need to give people the time to update. And the code doesn't harm anyone anyway.
