Built on a too new system, can't run on all still-supported Ubuntu LTS:

libpython3.7m.so.1.0': dlopen: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by /run/firejail/appimage/.appimage-9955/lbry-gtk/libpython3.7m.so.1.0)

We need to somehow prevent such AppImages from being created in the first place. The low-level AppImage creation tools should simply print an error message and refuse to continue.

Hi. Main developer of LBRY-GTK. Could you tell me if ESM also counts? This means the difference between targeting 14.04 and 18.04.
