[Bug] When addind an element in a document page by pressing on the + icon, the word used to filter does not disappear

Bug Description

when i do /code, this "code" get replaced by the code block. But when i click on the + icon to add an element in a document the text used to filter does not get replaced by the new code.

Expected Behavior

the "code" to be replaced with the code block as it is the case for "/code"
