heading in trajectory dataset

i want to know about heading data in prediction_train folder. what does the heading represent? in what unit?

suppose it says heading = -3.116 and another line says heading = 0.046, what do these numbers show? against which reference? thank you

another question. written position in world coordinates in meters. does it use UTM(Universal Transverse Mercator)?
