Thanks for the suggestion! We would love to have such a pack, but we need a contributer whose first tongue it is to create one. If you are, we are looking forward to a PR from you! :-)

I'd love to try but I'm not used enough with android development to fully understand how to do, and I guess it is not worth trying since I am just a beginner in Japanese. I would love to have such a pack too !

Per the instructions, there is no dictionary file for either AOSP, or LineageOS, however, there is one from mozc.

Also, FYI, F-Droid distributes an android build of mozc, https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.mozc.android.inputmethod.japanese.
