Statistics save-as csv

How hard would it be to enhance the statistics dialogs (for the primary map 'statistics' link, and for the selected area production statistics option) to provide a file/save-as-csv or save-as-text? Or even just export-to-clipboard? Gathering production stats is my primary use of the tool and the statistics display pop-up is really inconvenient to handle when there is too many items and it needs to be scrolled. I'd really like to be able to easily export the status into a spreadsheet, as I already use offline sheets to track production.
