prepare to export should turn stacks into normal groups

After preparing a document to export to other plugins the stacked groups can cause issues: unwanted relayouting can happen if you click around inside them.

this issue occurs if the symbol didnt contain a background color object covering the full measurements of the symbol (which technically should not be required, but thats a sketch issue itself),

but instead the symbol had a background color defined via the sidebar option. (included in instance and export)

If all groups lost that behaviour i think it would serve the purpose of the feature. since you kind of want a dumb file with
