Padding appears to have broken with sketch 56.2

After updating sketch to 56.2, "prepare export to other plugins" (or just detaching a symbol that uses padding) changes spacing and alignment of the symbol. In the layers list, that element ends up with 2 padding groups instead of the original 1 padding group.

Also , editing symbol text override does not always automatically resize a padded symbol
