Saddle explodes on Minmus' Greater Flats

I am attempting to set up a base on Minmus' Greater Flats using a Saddle. Upon switching vessels or time warping, it seemingly clips into the ground and explodes, sometimes destroying an attached Ponderosa. Attaching it to the ground does not fix the issue. It seems to be clipping into the ground when dropped. I have used the Saddle before in this save, and did not encounter this issue.

Edit: I have World Stabilizer installed.
