Does not build local news source

I tried using the library to build local news source such as the following: http://premiumtimesng.com, https://saharareporters.com among others. However, printing the length of the articles returns zero for all the sites I tried. I tried running with http://cnn.com as shown in the documentation, and I'm getting the right result(about810articles). What is possibly the cause of this? Any help will be appreciated.
