I have successfully created the page for course owner to upload any videos. But the page was not achieved!

No. Flighting doesn't mean live configuration outside Microsoft. So please do not mention 'flight' as live configuration here.
Just searched on the web. The word `flight` has no meaning or any relationship between `live configuration`. 
This may cause any license issue for those images.
