Add tickets commands (open, close, delete)

I saw a ticket feature in the guild.js and the system is nowhere to be found in the commands, is the ticket system a beta feature, or is their something wrong with yalls ticket system?

Hi, it's been a long time, but thanks for your late issue (better late than never xD). A ticket system will be added in the next major release of AtlantaBot, which will work with Discord threads.
