USB CAC Card Reader Access

BLUF; Will this allow me to access a CAC card reader that connects to USB?

Currently the browser in Android cannot access the certificates on card reader but in Linux (and obviously Windows) it can. I did find an application in Android (I forget which one though) which was able to detect that the card reader was plugged in so I assume it can be used.

So, if I install linux in Android will it be able to use the USB to access the card reader?
