What repositories do you have enabled?

Both of the prebuilt ones

If you have the alt repo enabled, that will take up to a few minutes to load. The reason being we have to get every one of the prop files from GitHub.

Any other version of the manager loads it relatively close to instantly tho.

That doesn't hold true for any testing we've done, but we also disabled some problematic code that led to stale results and/or race conditions.

V3 in closed testing loads third party repos much faster however we don't expect a stable release until late Q3 or early Q4.
