[FEATURE]: support for flutter and layout preview

Adding flutter and layout preview will bring this great app to cutting edge mobile dev on android.continue the great work.

Layout Designer is already available. It needs some work though.

Flutter is not planned currently. But we might think of adding it in future stable releases.
