[Feature]: Enable split screen for AndroidIDE

Feature description

Even though in split screen the IDE is too small for normal use, it would be useful to see both the logs screen and the debug-app at the same time. This setup would allow live interactions between the app we're debugging and the log messages.

What version of AndroidIDE you're using?

v2.5.2 (debug builds)

@itsaky If I remember correctly, this is enabled by default for Android 7 and up. May I ask why you have disabled it?
