[Bug]: Diagnostic message displaces actions popup

What happened?

When tapping a second time at a position where there should be a diagnostic message, the actions popup is shown for half a second then is displaced by the message.

What I have been doing for a long while to work around the issue is type some random letter, select the letter, and tap on that selection to see and use the action popup.

What's the expected behavior?

We should see either both, one above the other, or only the actions popup since we have already seen the diagnostic message after the first tap at the position.

What version of AndroidIDE you're using?

v2.5.2 (debug builds)
