It works on Spigot 1.21.3, unfortunately I didn't get my hands on paperspigot 1.21.3 so I'm unable to further verify except the normal spigot version.

Thanks so much for putting in these updates. I'll try to watch for updates faster in the future, but as it stands I don't believe this is needed any longer.
