Removing all anarchy linux repositories translation string from lang files.

I don't think it is really a bug, but more a cleanup translations files task.

As I cleaned up this morning french translation files, I commented Anarchy repository translation lines. As anarchy repository is dead, theses strings could be either commented or removed from each translation files if found:

• aar_add_msg
• aar (Anarchy repository "title" string)
• aar_msg

It could help translators in their tasks to have cleaner lang files :)

We'll try and find all the unused references/variables and remove them. Then we can start cleaning up all the translation files and making them similar in structure, since right now they are a bit messy.
