Swapfile as possible choice
Hi,
is it possible to have the swap file choice, rather than dedicating a physical swap partition?

This is indeed nice to have. I started implementing it in the past but soon realized not everybody will be happy with the hardcoded path to the swap file. I had to create a dialog that asks you about the path. I had something else to do so I left it unfinished. I will have to revisit this functionality once I have time. Thanks for the reminder.
You're welcome. Personally I like having it in the root, although I can understand that everybody may want it where they want.
To be honest, if you're an Arch user, customizing your setup is just in the attitude. Therefore even providing a standard, and afterwards letting the user to edit normally the fstab may be also an option.
@pnedkov if you'd like to share what you're working on I could take a look. Have lots of time this weekend.
@deadhead420 Tried to find the branch with the code. I checked all my computers including the VMs. Could not find it. I think I have sent it to /dev/null without even realizing what I am deleting. I guess we have to start from scratch unfortunately. But it is not a big loss anyway. It could be regained fairly quickly.
@pnedkov No worries. Shouldn't be hard to do this at all. I plan on having it in the next release. Until then the issue is open as a reminder.
@julianxhokaxhiu Hi, yes, Anarchy is still maintained. I'd love to add Swapfile support, but I'll probably need some help implementing it. If you want you can try and add the support yourself.
If possible assign this to me so I do remember to work on it when I'll find the time. Thank you!
