Alter qLabelExpression on qDim to show correctly label on visualization

When add the dimension on visualization, they catch the labelExpression, not the display name. If you open the dimension and save again, they change the name to correctly display. Now, with this change, the display name show correctly when add new dimensions.

• Change the Version to 1.1.4
• Alter ReadMe to add description "how to add on QlikSense Desktop"
