Add hotkeys to rotate Camera

There are currently no way to rotate the camera with hotkey. Right click and move mouse is the only one way currently. I think to add hotkey to rotate camera could improve nav in maps and should not to complex to add.

Camera controlling via the mouse is extremely buggy and does not move where it's supposed to

+1 as well. This probably deserves its own issue, but the mouse input is unusable for me (might be a wayland thing? I need to do more investigation) so implementing this would be awesome
