it would be nice to add code completion, coloring and auto indenting features to the code editor :)

This is something I too desire. So, it is on my list to research the potential options. The biggest drawback right now is the code edit Window is a LibreOffice Window. It has to be this way. The short of it is that it will depend on what can be accomplished in a LibreOffice Text box.
