[Bug] - Allocation of plots resets after server restart

Usually the allocation of plots is better if its not from Hard ones first and Easy ones last, this is why there is an option that turns this off. But this option resets every time the server restarts. It is a problem, because we would have to set this option every day, so we hope this could be fixed soon.
