Describe the bug!
Currently, most mods do not add Gem item for any resource which is required in centrifuge fluid seperation recipes during ore processing.

I am unsure is to how versed you are with oritech but here's the gist
The bottom output in the image is from iron which is generated by Oritech, its an item called "Iron Gem" The top result is making dust which happens because there is no gem variant of the item as it is not an oritech material. Oritech just pulls the closest item.
Unfortunately, it skips a step in the ore processing line of oritech and hence the output varies.
The author of Oritech told me they would like to add the Almost Unified support directly to their mod.
Right now, there are some mapping issues with it, and I have a pending pull request to migrate the project to Mojang mappings. After that is done, I will add integration directly.
