Why during the pull request it shows failed >> "All checks have failed"

Yesterday, it failed due to geolocation data, I have corrected it and updated, but still shows error while pull request. What should I correct ?

There is no spacing in your YAML. YAML requires certain spacing to define sub-elements. Please refer to the example for line start spacing examples.

See the address section for example and the lines in this section should be prefixed with 2 spaces.
