timeout variable not tracked in session dataframe

Open dougollerenshaw opened this issue 7 years ago • 3 comments

There is a parameter in the stimulus_code called "timeout_duration". It interacts with the 'delta_minimum' variable in defining the period after a guess lick before the a change can be presented. This was varied across cohorts, but is not currently tracked the session dataframe. It should be added.

hey @dougollerenshaw is this still a need?

Yes, this existed historically, and Matt has reimplemented this variable in his opto code. We should have a column to track this. It will be 0 in much of our data.

@dougollerenshaw is this something we need to track for production data? or can we just document final value?
