Want to run cell and synaptic models from Fink 2024 in BMTK/BioNet:

Currently we can get the Pry, TC, and RE cells to run in a network with static synapses. However some remaining errors.

Todo:

  • [ ] InhCell models are throwing a segmentation fault
  • [ ] Run with model synapse types
  • [ ] Implement network ring structure.
