Define scope of behavior tracking fields for Ecephys NWB files

We know we need to add "behavior tracking" fields to the ecephys NWB files as a part of v2 VBN data release. We do not know what those fields are.

Tasks

• [ ] Talk to Shawn and Corbett about what behavior tracking fields need to be added to the ecephys NWB files.
• [ ] Record the fields and, roughly, how they should be computed in this ticket.
• [ ] Open new tickets for each field (presumably a new data object) to add it to BehaviorEcephysSession

This is going to duplicate #2322. Quickly copying potentially useful information from that ticket here

The BehaviorTracking fields will need to be added to the ecephys nwb files for VBN. They should be added under Acquisition section.

The input files for this should be the eye_dlc_file, side_dlc_file and face_dlc_file fields in the input json file.
