Plugin Description

As I'm friends with a few individuals who are visually impaired, there is no way to add alt text (image description) to any of the images I send. The way I get around this is by putting the image description in my message, which is not ideal for sighted people who exist in the same server as the blind people are.

Newer versions of the Discord APK have an alt text editor that can be accessed by tapping your attachment(s), so a plugin similar to that would be greatly appreciated.
