High Availability topology

HI Guys, can someone gve some guidense about the best solution to achive high aviability in a distributed system. LEts say we have 500 cameras. We would probably spin multiple go2rtc servers but how would we distribute the load and feed each server with the correlating streams ? do we need a saparete DB for that ? Trying to get some ideas...
