[FEATURE REQUEST] tap action like the picture entity card

As you can see here (https://www.home-assistant.io/lovelace/picture-entity/#tap_action) I use it to show a camera view from the doorbell when the doorbell is rung and when I tap it the garage door opens and the stream switches to the garage camera. Would be wonderful to be able to achieve this with the webrtc card since there is much less delay and this makes the automation more functional !

Tap actions would be great! My use case: tap thumbnail/small stream to open a higher quality stream in full screen mode (possibly just navigates to another page). Awesome work, the stream is lightning quick :)
