advice for running efficiently

Dear developer of SigProfilerExtractor,

Thank you for developing and maintianing such great tool. I've been running the tool both on my laptop and on linux HPC server. However, it takes much longer time if running on an HPC server. But I also cannot afford to running it on my laptop as all the computational resource were taken by the tool.

Can I have some suggestion on how to better set-up a job in HPC server, such as threads, etc? Does it sounds feasible to you if I run different range of number of signatures and compared the P-values by my self in the end?
