Scanner - Frequency Lockouts

Feature description Hi - would it be possible to be able to lockout frequencies during a scan, please?

+1 very much needed. way too many nuance frequencies in my area..

another nice feature could be adding frequencies found by scanner to the frequency manager

lastly, just found a bug, where you stop the SDR, but the scanner is still trying to sweep
