Leaving [SmartSystemMenu](https://github.com/AlexanderPro/SmartSystemMenu) active will spawn every window for eache executable currently running (even when exes don't have any window). Closing it would eradicate this problem

Can you improve "Resize window" with any size by mouse drag? Like [ResizeEnable](http://www.digitallis.co.uk/pc/ResizeEnable/) tool.
Leaving [SmartSystemMenu](https://github.com/AlexanderPro/SmartSystemMenu) active on the system would make File Explorer really slow and barely usable. Closing it will restore Explorer.exe performance
